Junior Telesales Executive


£6.56 per hour (16 - 21 year olds), £8.91 per hour (21+)

Salary for this position will be based on the applicant’s age. In addition to the base salary, each telesales team member benefits from an uncapped target-based commission.


Permanent, Fulltime or Part-time hours available. (working-from-home unfortunately not available for junior positions)


The working hours are 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday.


Willenhall, West Midlands


Learning about the fuel card industry (full training and ongoing support provided)

Calling potential new customers on our database to establish and develop a working relationship

Identifying customer’s fuel card needs and offering the best solution tailored to their individual circumstances

Working closely with other BWOC departments, sharing information to ensure smooth delivery of services

Utilising and updating the sales software to maintain a clean customer database

Achieving daily / weekly / monthly goals and KPIs

Sending pricing emails and communicating with customers using email in addition to calls

Completing ad-hoc activities upon request

You would be contacting potential new customers and introducing our range of fuel cards to them. We offer comprehensive training, friendly & professional atmosphere designed to help you reach your goals, regular Monday to Friday working hours in a modern office, free parking on premises and uncapped commission.
