We are more than just fuel!

...BWOC Family

BWOC is like a family. Although it may sound unlikely for a company of our size, it’s true. The company values of independence and quality of service were first established by Bob Wayne who founded the company in 1982, later passing the reins to his son Mark Wayne, before our current Managing Director Amy Jones took over in 2020. Amy joined the company over 16 years ago (you can read more about Amy’s career at BWOC here). In fact, more than 75% of our staff have been with us for over 5 years!

This however does not mean we are set in our ways. We like to stay at the forefront of the industry developments, utilising the latest technologies and practices. If you enjoy variety, you will fit in well. We aren’t just looking for someone with the right skillset, but also the right personality to fit into our close-knit team.
